Terms and Conditions
Coaching, Tele-Seminars, and Trainings are considered confirmed at the time of purchase. Space is very limited in our programs. All purchases for services have a 3-day right to cancellation by the purchaser. Notice of desire to cancel MUST be given in writing and within 3 business days from the date of the transaction. Cancellations requested outside of the 3 day right of rescission, will be honored. However, no cash refund will be given. In the event you need to withdraw from a program, a credit for any monies paid will be given and may be used for up to six months towards any other Brook Marie Eneas product, service or workshop.
